International Petroleum Limited (“International Petroleum” or the “Company”) is an Australian-domiciled, NSX-listed (NSX code: IOP), oil and gas exploration and production company.

The Company's assets include:

Alakol Project
50% interest in an early stage project covering 24,649 km² in eastern Kazakhstan, which borders the western boundary of the People’s Republic of China.
Niger Project
100% interest in four production sharing contracts and four Exclusive Exploration Authorisations relating to four blocks in the Republic of Niger known as Manga 1, Manga 2, Aborak and Ténéré Ouest.

The Company’s strategy is to:
  • Bring the Company’s existing fields to production stage as soon as practically possible and maximise shareholder return
  • Opportunistically review and acquire projects in both established oil and gas provinces and greenfield areas worldwide (new frontiers)
